MINUTE ASSESSMENT
The framework is designed for high-capacity professionals whose time is their most scarce resource. Expect to dedicate 90 minutes for our first session. Following sessions require approx. 60 minutes. Our schedule is flexible with early morning starts and late afternoon sessions
Absolutely. We operate independently of any corporate wellness or HR programs. Your participation, clinical records, and progress are strictly confidential and will never be shared with your employer or board.
Traditional therapy often focuses on open-ended exploration of the past. Our methodology is highly structured, forward-looking, and focused specifically on subconscious reframing and executive functioning recovery. We treat burnout as a mindset condition first.
We can provide itemized receipts that many clients successfully submit for out-of-pocket reimbursement . We can also label the sessions as "Business Coaching" that may be accepted by your company or for tax purposes.
While complete nervous system recovery is a gradual process, most clients report a significant reduction in acute panic symptoms and better sleep quality within the first 5 sessions. After that you can evaluate if you need more support.
