Can everything be measured? The short answer is yes. Now let me explain how I came to know this. It was in the late 90's or the turn of the century that I learned that with a pendulum I could access the higher mind and guidance that was present and at least get a yes or no response to questions. The easy part was getting the answer, the hard part was formulating a good question. To be honest the answer was only as good as the question asked. For example will it rain tonight may provide a yes answer in you are in Colorado but not in the middle of Egypt.
Over time the questions became better and so did the outcomes. Beyond asking yes and no I eventually started using charts. All kinds of dowsing charts (some examples borrowed from https://www.subtil.net/en/) could help me to ask questions about health, wealth, levels of greed, sincerity, depression.... After all everything can be measured.
Furthermore it is easy to ask for levels of progress and compatibility with clients. I sometimes turn down a client because I ask a question. Can I help them? Can we both be better of as a result of our working together? I even can ask how many sessions would be required to deal with a specific condition in order to get the kind of result acceptable to the client.
You may wonder if I am 100% correct all of the time. Absolutely not. I recently measured that my answers were only 70% correct that week due to fatigue. As a result I can even say that I am 70% confident on that day that I would be right.
Maybe in your journeys you need help. If I do not know you I have pretty good answers because I am detached from the outcome. If you have a question just call me. Let me know that you have a question and know I am a dowser. I would be happy to help for free. Just promise not to get too mad at me if you do not like what I tell you.
