Freedom from anxiety connected to your breath

Have you ever put a plastic bag over your head? If you have you would notice that at first it was a little hard to breath, but as the CO2 started to fill your lungs, you started to feel strange. Does this seem like a bit of anxiety? What if you held the bag longer? You would be light headed, feel dizzy, your heart would be pounding and you would feel as if you were dying. Does this sound like a panic attack? I would say that many people who approach me about anxiety and panic attacks have forgotten to breath. Of course they are breathing but it is so shallow that it does not give the body what it needs.

Why do we promote breathwork? Breathing is natural but mindful breath is a habit that can be hugely beneficial. 9D Breathwork is something I personally found to be of great value and when I enjoy something I want to share it with the entire world.

9D breathwork offers a range of advantages including stress and anxiety reduction, emotional release, improved sleep and better health.

When filling your body with oxygen it increases your energy levels and elevates your mood too. It has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body, balance blood pressure, boost immunity and improve concentration.

If used on a regular basis the somatic breath taught in 9D will shift you from anxiety to freedom.

Why is 9D breathwork different than other breath techniques?

They also put positive suggestions similar to what I provide in hypnosis. There is a gentle reminder to breath.
