Change is inevitable. I once heard someone explain that when nothing seems to be different in life it is because the person chooses the same over and over again. Just like that old friend who you see every 5 years and they go back to the same story of those people or things. Time passes but they are stuck in a loop of this is the way it was and tell the story as if it just happened moments ago.
There are many things that cause this to happen and yet there are many tools that a person can use themselves to move forward.
My daily routines include some of the following everyday
Breathing mindfully following a program such as 9D breathwork which combines hypnotic suggestions, frequency entrainment and the benefits of different breaths and breath holds.
Tapping is something that is easy and only takes a few minutes. I do it in the shower or while driving or just when the need comes up
Journaling takes me beyond looping thoughts. The minute I put pen to paper I can move forward in my story and it gives me new perspectives as ideas flow.
Self-hypnosis is just auto-suggestion. It is a way to program myself for what I wish to experience.
Moving is important. Some people do not like to exercise which is okay. The word exercise is not a good feeling for many but everyone can move by cleaning their home, walking around the mall and shopping. No excuse not to move.
Giving to someone what you are looking to become. I always get what I give.
Gratitude is something that is not natural for me. I have to ask myself what am I grateful for. The more answers I give the easier it becomes.
