Every body has a bad day once in a while but what you do next determines how long you stay in it. Recently I woke up and felt really happy. It was an unusual feeling because most days I dread what is coming, however on this particular day things felt different. I felt peace. I long for more of those days but unless I am knocked out cold, life happens. As I observe things it pulls me down. I tried to figure out what I did to feel happy and came down to some conclusions that I wish to share. Even though I am a hypnotist, I am human. I do what I can for myself and share the best of what I learn to help my clients. Here is what I found.
Breathing is a leading contributor to my mood. If I stop breathing due to stress, fear or anxiety my mood goes way down. When I focus on mindful breathing oxygenating my system gives me a new outlook on life. Try a 9D breath session. It not only brings in some positive suggestions but also overwrites some of the limiting beliefs holding you back.
Move. If you do not move you feel lazy and tired. You do not need to run a marathon but simply do something to move your body. Cleaning the house is an easy way to move. Do not over complicate things. I learned many years ago that dogs develop anxiety because they are not sufficiently exercise. If you are reading this, you are not a dog..... but the same holds true for humans.
Gratitude can shift your focus. I have a few gratitude jars in the house and next to them I put a small pad of paper. When I need to raise my frequency I look for 5 things to be grateful for. Keep it simple. For example today I am grateful for my new client. I am grateful for the money that is coming to me from my sessions earlier in the week. I am grateful for the webinar that I will participate in.....
Have a mentor. Trying to figure out things on your own does not always work. Asking family and friends what to do often creates frustration and anger as they do not always give the best advice. Consider hiring a life coach, or go see a priest, rabbi or holy person. Someone who is impartial often gives the best advice.
Here is the bottom line. If you do something, something may happen. If you do nothing probably nothing will change. Any small change will elevate you to a higher and better feeling. Do this repeatedly and over a few days or weeks your mood will shift in a higher gear.
