EFT is highly effective to relieve stress but you may also need to put in some positive thoughts to create your reality
In everyday life it is great to do some tapping. They say that tapping 50 times on the top of the head releases stress and anxiety in a significant way. This is why I use EFT. I also use what is going on in my life and so my words are mine and for my own use. You may choose to borrow mine or use your own. You may note that using my words may trigger something within you. This is wonderful since you may not know it was active. This is called borrowed benefits in tapping.
You may also feel a shift as part of the tapping solution. For myself as I release the stuck energy I generally yawn. Others I work with belch. Some of them feel bubbles running down their bodies. What ever happens it is okay. Just let it go.
