Our relationship with food impacts our body. Food in modern society is no longer just fuel. It is about being social, accepted, loved and wanted. It may seem that you have tried everything and have accepted the belief that you are destined to be overweight.
During a recent visit to a weight loss group here is what we discussed and how to address the eating in a more holistic way.
How do you improve the relationship with food?
More foods are void of nutrition thus leaving the eater hungry even if they ate a large portion. I use dowsing rods to show and demonstrate the effects of dead food. I also suggest that you also stop killing your food with radiation with things like microwave ovens. Learn to change the way your food acts on your body using intention and also energizing your food with sacred geometry. (Print the picture of a flower of life and then put your food or drink on it)
